This is the first in a series of kits that we are offering. There will be three kits in the series and all will be packed in this patriotic sand pail.

This kit measures 17 x 24 and the pattern will be beautifully drawn on linen and serged. There will be an  ample supply of 100% dyed wool to complete the kit and will include ticking for the binding.You will find many uses for this great pail when kit is completed - I use mine on the porch to hold plants - but there are endless uses.The next in the series will be offered this summer with the final kit offered this fall - don't miss out. When the pails are gone, the kits are finished, so we are limiting a number to each of the three in this series so you can have all if you wish, and all will be packed in the pail.

Nantucket bunting is back and we have some to share. This is the bunting that is on the top of the Welcome Home quilt featured in last year's McCall's magazine.
 

The "Welcome Home" quilt, designed and quilted by Laurie, was featured in the August 2006 issue of McCall's Quilting magazine. It is made with the "Nantucket" fabric collection from Moda - designed by Minick and Simpson.

The "Home for the Holidays" quilt kit from the "Christmas Past" fabric collection will be in your local quilt shops starting in May. This quilt measures 58" x 48" and was designed by Laurie Simpson and Susan Stiff from Moda Fabrics.

Look for "Winter" products at your local quilt shop and here on our website in July. One of the many uses of the "Winter" twill tape is for wrapping gifts and binding quilts. The small stockings work well for gifts or adorning the tree. Happy Holidays from Minick and Simpson!
